No conventional circular horoscope is drawn in the DIVISIONAL HARMONICS or DH art of astrology.
Followings are the description of the DH art prepared for the past Emperor of Japan or Hirohito
whose birth was April 29, 1901 at 22:10 JST nine hours ahead of GMT in Tokyo Japan registered.
The place of Sun is nine degrees of Taurus that is 39 degrees from the origin of zodiac or zero
degree of sign Aries located. INDEX of Sun is defined as 1 + ( SUN ÷ 360) and it will be
1 + (39/360) = 1.1083 for him.
As described in DH4, 
we round off figures to

will be introduced in the judgement of chart performed when you see the similar face of
figures aligned in the DH list.
