伝統的なギリシャの哲学時代の考え方は「なめらか」で穏やかな変化です。古代人は直線的（一部の曲線を含む）で、リニア変化以外の変化(ジグザグ変化）を
理解しませんでした。自然科学が発達して人々は改革による新しい世界を夢見ましたが、理解したものは
連続した「なめらかな変化」ですからジグザグ変化も平均値で考えたのでした。しかし、われわれの周囲で発生する事柄は
不連続な問題のほうが多いのですから、平均値で考えていては本当のことが判明しません。左の図は株式の
相場などを表すのに使用する罫線です。一日の相場の動きを一本の縦の棒で表現しています。経済指標には
平均値が表されますが、実際の売買はその日のうちの高値と安値の間の約定値段で取引しますから、平均値は参考になるだけです。
People have believed long since the old Grecian philosophers a simple smooth change. Although
the ancient people did not recognize other than the simple change, however, the actual changes
that we encounter will change in random way. As we imagine the world after the outbreak of
recent technology new revolution of age, the way of study has been limited in the calm and
linear changes that the zigzag random motion could be studied only by the change in mean
value equalized. The above left indicates the RULED MOVEMENT that will be found in the
daily price change of stock market on actual trade engaged. The mean value will only indicate
the general trend of market for the statistical study on theory discussed.
右図は階段的な不連続変化をする世界各地の標準時の状況を示します。九州は日本標準時でグリニッチ標準
時と９時間の時差があります。九州と同じ東経の中国大陸の東北地区はグリニッチ標準時と８時間の時差で
すから同じ瞬間の時計表示が互いに１時間ずれます。時計の時刻は人間が定める約束できまります。広大な
米国合衆国は各州が独立した自治体なので同じ瞬間の時計の針が各地で異なることに人々は慣れています。
しかし、全国一律の日本は時刻の問題で占星学研究に大きな誤解を生じます。 天体位置の観測は地球の中心から見た
ものとするので、世界中の場所で同じ瞬間の時刻です。
しかし天体位置を示す時刻は人間が約束した標準時で
表すので各地で異なる時刻です。 右図の点線は各地の日出時刻ですが地球表面での観測ですから経度により
「なめらか」に変ります。しかし日の出時刻は各地の標準時で表すので同じ日の九州の日の出と中国大陸の
東北部では日の出では一時間ずれます。ASC・アセンダントは地球の表面の現象で標準時と異なる計算をし
ます。天体位置は地球の中心からの観測ですから、標準時で表示するので、階段的な不連続変化をして、ASC・アセンダントのような緯度・経度による「なめらかな」変化をしません。 たとえば、ボイド時刻は地球中心部よりの観測ですから、日本標準時で記載するので、階段的な不連続変化をして緯度・経度による「なめらか」な変化はしません。
The right side illustration indicates STEP MOVEMENT of local standard time of the world. For
instance, the location of KYU-SHU is the same longitude of the EAST-NORTH of China. And yet,
local standard time of KYU-SHU is one hour ahead that of China. People in the United States
of America in the huge area of land are accustomed with the difference of time zone, however,
people in Japan are not familiar with the difference of time zone settled. Astronomically, the
place of a heavenly body is calculated by the center of earth assumed. The zodiacal indication
of a planet at the same instance is in same value around the world but such instance changes in
accordance to the local standard time of a country. The dotted line in the right view indicates
the Sun-rise local time that changes gradually as the longitude of the place changes observed.
ASC or ascendant in astrology is measured on the surface of earth and its value will change
in accordance with the latitude and longitude of the place observed. VOID time is calculated
on the value measured from the center of earth that VOID time is indicated only by the local
standard time without any change in the latitude and longitude of place calculated.
