周りを楕円軌道に従い回転するので太陽との距離は伸びたり
縮んだりします。この距離を正三角形の一辺とした位置に
ギリシャ郡小惑星とトロヤ郡小惑星の二個の小惑星の集団が
存在します。木星が太陽から遠ざかれば三角形は大きくなり
太陽に近くなれば三角形は小さくなります。木星の動きに応
じ、この小惑星の集団は木星の楕円軌道の外側に移動する場
合もあれば、内側の移動する場合もありますが、この小惑星
の集団はこの三角形の束縛から逃れることはできません。
三角形が安定しているので現状を変へられないのです。
