オカルト論者の立場で考えれば、占星学は超自然的な存在であり、人間は宿命的に天体の影響を受けて生活をして
いるので、占星学の法則から逃れることができないという議論になります。しかしこの場合、キリスト教社会
では、オカルト論者の意見はキリスト教との争いを避けるため表現が多少変化しています。有名な格言である
「星は誘えども強制しない」という考え方は十三世紀のヨーロッパで、キリスト教の弾圧を逃れるために
オカルト論者が考え出した標語であるといいます。
According to the opinion of occultists, astrology should be the super natural indication that guides the fetal
destiny of human being born under the influence of stars met. In the Christianity, however, the opinion of
occultists have been altered to meet the social trend of the years. In the thirteenth century of Europe, the
famous phrase ‘ASTRA INCLAINT: NON NECESSITANT’ has come to soothe the ban set against astrology.
現在の先進社会では、占星学の表示はたとえば、電車の時刻表のようなものであり、その電車に乗れば、
特定の目的地に予定の時刻に到達するけれども、もし電車に乗り遅れた場合には、本人の自己責任で
目的を放棄したのであり、予測をした占星学の責任ではないという主張です。
In nowadays modern society, the astrology will indicate a type of TIME TABLE of passenger trains. No
responsibility on the side of astrology incurred if a person fails to catch the expected train. In such
occasion, the person cannot insist on own rights to come to the expected destiny by a proper time.
このような考え方は、なにもオカルトに限る問題ではなくて、人間の文明のすべての分野で発生をする
人間の権利と義務に関する基本的な問題です。人間の個人個人の自主的な動きが自分自身の行動の結果を
もたらすのに、外部の影響によって自主性を失って、他の責任に転嫁しようとする傾向が強くなるのです。
オカルト論のように、超自然的な神の声のような考えかたで占星学を考える人々が占星学の予測を電車の
時刻表であると理解することは、大きな誤解を避けるためにも必要な心構えです。
In these years of nowadays civilization, people are trying to turn own responsibility to the other
influential media disregarding to own free will that had led own action performed. The occultists
in the opinion on the divine instructed astrology with super natural fatalism should recognize the
act of astrology within the facility to indicate the TIME TABLE such as similar to indicate the
coming trains for useful guide for the travel. A proper recognition on the TIME TABLE will avoid
any further trouble aroused from the misunderstanding that is made on the content of prediction
given by astrology consulted.
予測技術として占星学の表示を考えた場合でも、時刻表で予定した列車に乗らなかった場合の救済処置は
宗教的な救済になる場合が多いものです。また、予定通りの列車に乗車した場合に、途中下車をした人物に
ついても、宗教的な救済になる場合が多いものです。人間の一生の限られた期間に計画を変更した場合には、

個人の状況によって大幅に異なるものになるのは当然の結果です。
We may expect the salvation for a person who abandoned the right to get a proper train indicated in the

life that is different from the past life. This requirement will be difficult in sometimes as the limited length

説明する占い者は超能力的な才能を利用して営業を行っているのです。オカルト論者の主張は占星学の根本を
誤解しています。占い者はたとえば自動車という科学的産物を運転するドライバー（運転手）ですから、熟練した能力が
要求されます。しかし、占星学も自動車も人間の都合で築き上げた道具ですから、オカルト的なものではありません。
Astrology is not an innate ability as MARGARET E. HONE
has already described. Although the astrologers will
be talented by the supernatural ability for the delineation of the art performed, such must be the ability
that is similar to a driver of a car.
Either astrology or the car will be the function built to meet the human
requirements and it should not be the supernatural equipment.
