どのような学問でも、大筋の法則と、細かい個々の場合の法則が存在します。特に占いのような人生の広範な
問題を説明する技術では、対象になる個々の人物の個々の特別な事情が複雑に関係してきますから、基本になる
法則の適用範囲に注意しなければなりません。霊感占いや千里眼の場合には、法則は個々の占い者の固有なもの
ですから、弟子が先生の真似をしても先生と同じように占いが的中しません。名人は一代かぎりであり、しかも
名人の占いが当たる時期は一生ではありません。
We are using the system of life of the brief and elementary laws with the detailed specific regulations
for any kind of human related matters. For the fortune telling arts in particular, the related matters will
cover the field of wide areas concerned. Therefore, we must be cautious enough of the range of elemental
concept of the art employed. In the art of either psychic inspiration or clairvoyance, the related laws must
belong to very personal for each practitioner that has practiced. We often see an apprentice who could not
follow the teacher that had explored the law. The most pioneer would have no successor. And the ability of
the pioneer will be active only in a short moment.
自然科学者も人間ですから、能力を発揮できない時期があります。しかし、科学で証明できる問題は科学者の
個人的な能力に無関係に証明できますから、それだけ信頼性が高くなります。問題は科学者の専門以外の分野で
科学者が判断を求められた場合です。1975年9月に米国誌に186名の自然科学者が占星学に対する批判を掲載
しました。内容は占星学の内容が自然科学では証明できないという従来の主張の繰り返しでした。自然科学者に
良心が存在するのであれば、自然科学の力で占星学の存在を否定する証明を提示してもらいたいのですが、
占星学の存在を否定する科学的な証明は存在しませんでした。
We can verify the scientific problems disregarding the personal ability of the scientist at the front as we can
avoid the unstable personal influences. In case of the personal opinion of scientist regarding outside of
specialized field of specific science, the opinion of scientist may not be acceptable in person. In September
1975, 186 scientists were joined to criticize the art of astrology in the publication of the U.S magazine.
They only have repeated their previous comments on the absence of scientific validation on astrology.
As we have imagined that the bona fide scientists would be able to place a negative validation on the astrology,
we could not find any negative evidence for astrology made by the science.
占星学を巡る議論は感情論では解決しません。宗教論を除外すれば、占星学を認めないと主張する人々は過去の占星学の研究は占いが的中
した事例を強調するだけであり、その因果関係を証明していないと非難します。
これに対して、占いというものは人々が求めている何物かを与えているから存在するので、自然科学で証明をする必要はない存在であるという人々もいます。
不幸なことに、占星学を否定する人々の多くは自然科学の知識を持つ人々であり、占星学を肯定する人々の多くは
自然科学の仕組みに興味がない人々であるために、両者の議論がかみ合わないのです。
The discussion on the sentimentalism will not find any solution on the problems concerned to the astrology.
Disregarding the Theology, people denied the astrology in hysterical sensation have been emphasizing the absence of scientific validation
on the result of nice fits given by the astrological prediction performed. On the other hand, the people accepting
the astrology have emphasized the public acceptance of fortune telling arts that should be beyond the knowledge
of natural science studied. Unfortunately, the most people denying astrology have come from the students of
natural science while the most people accepting astrology have come from the students of non-scientific field of
knowledge leant. Therefore, there is no matching point between two sided discussion performed.
占星学を攻撃した急先鋒の米国人のカール・セーガン(1934−1996)はコーネル大学の天文学・宇宙科学の教授です。
彼は記者団の質問に対して、占星学の存在を否定するための説明は一切拒否して、占星学という言葉を口にするのも
汚らわしいと発言をして感情的に興奮しました。
自然科学者で占星学に反対する人々は占星学の研究方法が科学的で
ないと批判しますが、占星学のどの部分が自然科学の法則に反するのかという理由を挙げて議論する人はまれです。
American scientist Carl Edward Sagan (1934-1996) was the professor of Astronomy and Space science at
the Cornell University and he was one of the most aggressive persons in criticizing astrology in public argued.
In his interview meeting with the news sources, he did not answer the question placed to him on the possible
negative validation of astrology but he only excited in saying that he was shameful even in speaking the
world most evil word astrology defined. Although the most advocators have described the insufficient studies
of the past studies on astrology, however, seldom of them could point out on the specific scientific point of
astrology that should have been explored scientifically expected.
