まず、出生時期の天体位置が人物の一生の問題を表示するという出生占星学法則について検討します。
ある人物が生まれる前にはその両親が存在し、その両親が存在する前には、その先祖が存在します。人類発祥
の時期が何億年前とすれば、そのすべての先祖を検討しなければ、現在の人物の詳細を知ることはできません。
また昨日までの人物の経歴を知ったとしても、現在以降の人物の動きをすべて予想することは現在の自然科学の
知識では困難なことです。新しい医学研究で、幼児の体細胞のＤＮＡを検討すれば、その子供が成長した後の
病気の内容が予測できるといいます。自然科学が発達すれば、受胎した胎児のＤＮＡを検討して、その子供の将来
についての予測が可能になるでしょう。受胎する時期に個人差が存在するために、測定可能な出生時期を基準に
する占星学の考えかたは、自然科学の研究方法として合理的な方法ですから、天体が人間に与える影響の研究が
解決すれば、出生占星学の法則を自然科学で研究することができる可能性があります。
First of all, we should explore in depth the principle of natal astrology or the study of birth moment chart of
traditional astrology released. Any person has his or her father and mother. Father and mother have their
series of ancestral origins inherited. Logically, without knowing all of ancestral origins back to some billions
of years, you can say nothing on a person standing before you. Further more, in case you could learn on all
of the past life of a person before you, you will never know logically the coming life of such person exactly
what will happen to him or her in the next instance? According to the recent medical studies, the DNA or the
deoxyribonucleic acid of a baby will indicate the possible diseases gotten for this person in growth. As the duration
observed between the moment of conception after the sexual intercourse will be changed widely due to many
factors of unstable surroundings, the moment of birth of a baby will be recorded scientifically and logically.
Thus the scientific reason given in the effect of a heavenly body to a person on earth at the moment of birth
will be explored for the further development of astrology studied.
天体の重力の影響は最も地球に近い月の場合でも、大気圧の約二十五分の一という僅かな値ですから、遠方の土星や
木星の重力の影響はさらに弱いものです。太陽系の天体が現在のような運動の軌道を維持できるのは、遠方の惑星の
重力の影響が存在するからなのですが、地球上で観測できる天体の影響には、重力以外にも、多数の粒子やＸ線などの
多数の影響が存在しています。この僅かな影響が地球上の生物のＤＮＡに影響を与えないという否定の証明が
できない限り、出生占星学の法則を否定することはできません。

Although minor gravitation effect of a distant planet, it is important for our solar system to keep the lotus regularly.
Besides the effects from the gravitation of moving bodies, we have been receiving many particles and X rays from the
distant starts observed. Without examining the scientific evidence of denial, we can not deny the heavenly effect given
to our DNA construction of human on earth studied. Thus, we can not deny the birth day effect of heavenly bodies that
have been studied by the astrology in years explored.
占星学者連盟 ＡＡ（英国）の定義によれば、出生占星学は人物の出生だけでなく、地震、事故などの事件が発生した瞬間の
天体位置を基準にする占星学のイベント・チャート全般を総称します。春分図などの地球要素の時期の天体を基準にする
マンデン占星学と顧客の質問時期を基準にするホーラリー占星学という二種の特殊分野をのぞいた、星占いは分類上、
出生占星学に含まれます。なお、現在の占星学の理論的な考え方は英国ＡＡ流ですが、フランスやドイツの人々は英国流で
ない部分もあります。たとえば、フランスの大学では長い間、すべての自然科学の学問は哲学科に属していましたが、
日本の大学では電気工学は大正時代に機械工学から独立し、電子工学が昭和時代に電気工学から独立しました。占星学の
考えかたについても、英国流の考えかたに反論することは自由ですが、特殊な自説を主張しても一般的ではありません。
According to the definition given by The Astrological Association, AA of England, the natal astrology is studied for the
events correlated between character and the heavens at the moment of birth. The birth will include any moment of
incident happened such as either the earthquake or the accident in the life of human. Besides this natal astrology, we
know two other major categories in the astrology that is the mundane astrology which is studied on the mundane
phenomena such as the moment of the equinox and the other category in the horary astrology which is studied on the
moment of placed a query by a customer of fortune teller. Contrary to this AA style, we see many varieties of definitions
in astrology mostly found in French and German styles. For instance, we have categories of the studies in the colleges in
Japan for the electric engineering course separated from the mechanical engineering course in 1920s and the electronic
engineering course separated from the electric engineering course in 1960s. In a college in France, however, the most of
engineering courses have been classified under a section of the philosophy for years. Any one can place a specific idea on
the classification of a certain category of studies except for the standard system announced. This does not mean that
the specific idea is approved by the people but such peculiarity opinion is only recorded as one of personal belongings.
