特殊な主張をする一部の人を除き出生占星学が西欧の占星学の考えかたの基準であるとすれば、砂上の楼閣である
現在の占星学のうちで、信頼ができる一階建ての建物は出生占星学であるということになります。しかし、その
建物の上に高層建築を築き上げることはできません。現在の占い者の人々が固有の技術として主張をしている占い
技術は、すべてが個人的な経験を積み重ねたバビロンの塔であって、自然科学で証明されたものではないので、
時代とともに瓦解する危険性があります。
Except for a peculiar idea in the principle of astrology, the natal astrology will be the basic element of nowadays
arts of western astrology released. Thus the base floor of the castle of the air will be the natal astrology although
we could not verify its ground construction by a firm base of natural science. This indicates an uncertainty to
pile up the further high floors therefore the castle of air of ancient Babylonia could be destroyed in high floors.
自然科学で証明されていると言っても、必ずしも不変であるということではありませんが、証明が存在しない場合に
比較をすれば、自然科学の証明は高層建築の基礎になります。
Of course we can not warrant the stability of building even if we could verify its basement by the natural science, however,
we can rely on the basement much more stable than the castle of the air.
注意しなければならないことは、数百年も前の建築物と現在では、材料の組成も異なれば加工方法も異なることです。
占星学の場合には、建築材料に相当する素材は動く天体です。古代の占星学の考えかたでは、動く７個の天体の役割は
固定的で定まった定義で考えていましたが、二十世紀以降の新しい占星学では、１０個の動く大天体と多数の動く小天体の
役割を固定的に考えないで、天体相互の比較対照による定義で相対的に考えるようになりました。たとえば、最も融通の利かない
固定的な役割の天体は土星であり、最もこだわりがない融通が利く役割の天体は天王星であるというように、天体の役割を
相対的に考えるようになりました。 そのような新しい動きを理解しない古典的な考え方をする人々は占星学を自然科学で
証明しようとする努力を理解しないばかりでなく、妨害をする傾向があります。
We must recognize the development in the building construction technology in these hundreds years. The change in
the selection of raw materials and the change in the process of architectural engineering will be found marked.
These architectural developments should be compared with the alternation of definitions of moving sky bodies in the
nowadays western astrology explored. Classically, the tasks of seven moving bodies have been defined since ancient.
After the years in the Twentieth century, we see the tasks and roles of ten major moving sky bodies and several of
minor moving sky bodies with comparison each other without giving a specific fixed definition to a body decided.
For instance, in nowadays definition of astrology, the stiffest character of sky body will be Saturn while the most
detached character of sky body will be Uranus. The classical people who are stuck on the ancient definition of moving
sky bodies are apt to deny the scientific researches in the modern astrology.
ものごとの考え方が時代とともに変化するのは、学問の世界でも同じことです。たとえば、電気工学は大正時代に機械工学
から独立しましたが、昭和時代になると電子工学が電気工学から独立しました。日本や英米の大学ではこのような変化が
ありますが、フランスの大学の一部には、すべての工学系の学科が哲学科に所属するという古い考えの大学もあります。
The alternation in the definition would also be found in the categories of study in the colleges. For instance, the
electric engineering course was separated from the mechanical engineering course in 1920s. While the electronic
engineering course was separated from the electric engineering course in 1960s. Although we see these changes of
studies either in Japan or in Britain or in the U.S., a college in France classifies all engineering courses under the
single definition of the philosophy.
個々の天体の考え方についても、時代によって大きな変化があります。たとえば、木星は万事の吉星とした
古代の考え方に対して、現代では、木星は保護を表現するけれども、一方的に良いことばかりではありません。
たとえば、老人の静かな死や、長期の病人の死による病苦からの解放の時期を木星が知らせることが多数報告
されています。
The alternation of each moving body in the astrology has been reported also. For instance, we believed
the planet Jupiter had been the almighty savior of human fears since ancient. Recent reports indicate
the participation of Jupiter either in a calm death of old person or the death release in a long illness.
