古代日本の占星学は中国大陸の影響を受けていますが、日本独自の問題も存在しています。東京天文台の斉藤国治は1989年に恒星社厚生閣より古天文学
を発行し、天体計算のプログラムを公表しました。また1990年に、原書房
出版の古天文学の道を記述し古代天体記録の誤りを指摘しました。現在市販のソフトの多くは6000年以前の天体位置を正確に計算
できます。それによると、中国大陸や日本の
古代の天体現象の記録に多数の誤りが存在していることが判明します。その原因のなかに、
桃裕行（とう・ゆうこう）著・歴法の研究・上下・1990年・思文閣出版が指摘するように、604年ころから1684年
の約千年の間の東洋の暦に多数の混乱が発見されているので、斉藤国治が指摘した中国大陸と
日本の古代天体記録の誤りは観測の誤りだけではなくて、観測は正確であったが、記録した年月日
を示す暦が間違っていた可能性もあります。
Although the astrology in the ancient Japan has been introduced under the influence of
the arts developed in China, there were specific local problems.
KOKUJI SAITO of Tokyo Astronomical Observatory has described in 1990 on the sky
observatory records in the east and has pointed out several mistakes in the recorded
positions of heavenly bodies both in China and Japan in the ages from ancient through
tenth century. We will be able to employ any nowadays soft wares in calculating the position
of heavenly bodies exactly back to six thousand years ago easily.
And any one can test the
accuracy of the ancient records released. According to the studies made by YUUKOU TOU
of Tokyo University on the ancient calendars in the east, the calendars published in 604
through 1684 in the east are calculated in an error.
Thus the observation of heavenly
bodies could be exact but the date in the record of calendar might be in error.
日本での暦を尊重する気風は文安元年(1444)の木星と土星のコンジャンクションを天体観測担当の
安倍有季（あべのありすえ）が火星と木星のコンジャンクションであるという間違った報告書を
発表したのに対して、暦を担当していた賀茂在貞（かものありさだ）が間違いを指摘しました。
人々は天体観測を信用しなくなり、暦を信用する気風が生まれました。火星、木星、
土星のように動きが少ない天体のコンジャンクションの場合には、暦に誤りが存在しても、偶然正しい結果を得た
のですが、この偶然の事件が政治的な権力争いに利用されて、結果として多くの人々が暦を信用
するようになりました。
Another accidental happening in Japan in 1444 has brought the essential dignity on the
nation wide reputation of the description in the official calendar released. ARISUE ABE
who was in charge of observation of stars had made a mistake. And he described the official
record of the great conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn as to be the conjunction of Mars and
Jupiter in error released. Against this, ARISADA KAMO who was in charge of the maintenance
of calendar has pointed out the error made by ABE on the great conjunction released. As the
places of slower planets could be indicated roughly by a fault description of rough calendar, the
comment of KAMO could be one of the cases of accidental coincident in the happening of events.
After the political power game, KAMO defeated ABE and the people in public has been in a
nation wide strong belief on any description of calendar issued.
世界の占星学の歴史に記録されたことがない、不正確な暦による天体観測記録の誤りという特殊な問題が中国大陸と
日本に存在します。中国大陸の暦の誤りは西方諸国からの多数の情報で早期に改善されましたが、
しかし日本の場合には、曇り空が多いい気象状況と閉鎖的な国民性が災いして、一度定着した
暦の記載を信用する機運は人々の土着信仰に結びついて長く日本の風土に定着しました。
中国大陸でも、日本でも、現在は正確な暦を使用していますし、研究者が過去の記録誤りをコンピュータ
を使用して発見することができます。しかし、一度定着した占いの方法は当時の天体位置が間違いだから
という理由で訂正できません。伝説として定着した占い的中の記録を掘り起こして訂正しようとしても、
使用した占いの方式を否定することになるので不可能です。結局、占いは信じるものであるということです。
その点、西欧の占星学の天体記録の誤りは早期に訂正されているので、安心して研究ができます。
One of a few exceptional cases in the history of astrology in the world will be the error of sky
observation made by the faulty edited calendars which are found in either China or Japan.
The errors in China have been straight out correctly by the influence from the west given.
While the errors in Japan could not be corrected easily because of the most cloudy sky and the
wet and timid conservative nationality found. Thus the overconfidence in the description of
calendars have mixed up with the natal indigenous religion of each country-side of Japan for long maintained.
Any system of fortune telling arts that was once settled for the standard system of a country would
be difficult to waver. A researcher may be able to study the old report prepared under the faulty edited
calendar but he may not make any alternation on the well established system as it has been believed by
many persons in many years explored. The corrected calendars found in nowadays China and Japan
will not bring any change in the old established system that had been prepared under the influence of
faulty edited old calendars. In this regard, the researcher of western astrology will be able to study the
arts calmly as the most of errors in the observation of sky had been straight out in the ancient already.
