インドの占星学以外にも、他の国の占星学研究書のなかには、バビロニア時代以来、多数に残っている
占星表（リスト、またはタブレット、またはテーブル）と称するメモ状の記録を引用したものがあります。このような表は
当時の天体位置を記録として残したものですから、結果的には春分点を固定した状況の古い暦での記録に
なります。 ですから、このような表をそのままの形で参照をすることは誤りです。占星学研究書のなかには、
この事実を理解しないで、歴史的な名声に惹かれて、無意識に引用しているものがあります。研究者は
内容を十分に理解しないで不注意に引用をすることは大変に危険なことです。
Besides the astrology in India, in some reports from other countries, we see many kind of lists or
tablets of astrological records compiled. Those were released since the Babylonian age and are the
records of heavenly bodies at such moment encountered. Therefore, we must be careful to look at
those lists as the descriptions might be based on the sidereal calendars of such dates found. A few of
researchers have innocently referred those lists in their books as the historical names of lists would
be attractive for them quoted. The readers should be very much careful to read such lists.
インドの占星学がギリシャ文明を受け継いだ春分点移動のトロピカル方式の西欧占星学と異なる方法の
春分点固定のサイデリアル方式の占星学を継承してきたために、20世紀になって、西欧の一部の人々も
サイデリアル方式の占星学を研究するようになりました。この場合に、最も注意しなければならない点は
春分点固定のサイデリアル方式であるという主張をしながら、実際に占星学の計算をするために使用する
天体の位置は春分点移動のトロピカル方式で天体観測をしたエフェメリス（天体暦）を使用して、その
位置からアヤナムサと称する一定の値を減じて計算した天体位置を使用しているのです。そのために、
結果的に春分点の位置を紀元前4000年ころの春分点・牡牛座にするのですが、何年か経過すれば地球の歳差
運動で「ずれる」ので、
その都度、アヤナムサの値を訂正しなければなりません。インド政府は法律でアヤナムサの
値を公布していますが、西欧の研究者は自分が主張する古代春分点との差を各自で独自に計算しなければなりません。
現在、公表されているアヤナムサ（トロピカル方式の天体暦から差し引く値）は、インド政府の法律が23.2度ですが、インド国内でもこの値が微妙に異なる主張があり、また西欧の研究者が個別に主張している値は19度
と32度の間の各自が特定の値を主張しています。
In accordance with the knowledge learnt from Indian astrologers who have been employing the different system
from the Grecian TROPICAL system or moving equinox system of astrology, some of astrologers in the western
countries are interested in the Indian SIDEREAL system or fixed equinox system of astrology after the twentieth century.
Readers must be careful to recognize the content of SIDEREAL system. Although the advocators have been emphasizing
the use of fixed equinox, their systems are all using the data of planets that are referred on the conventional ephemeris
of moving equinox type astronomy released. The value called AYA-NAM-SHA is the value of difference defined between
the TROPICAL value of planet and the SIDEREAL value of planet calculated. Disregarding the opinion of advocators of
SIDERAL system, the actual value of planet in the SIDEREAL system is moving along the value of precession of equinox.
Therefore, the actual value of planet in SIDEREAL system is moving each year from the advocated value set in accordance
with imaginary value of equinox in constellation TAURUS set in about four thousand years ago.
For your reference the values
of AYA-NAM-SHA are 23.2 degrees in Indian law and the values for the western astrologers are ranging from 19 degrees
through 32 degrees in accordance with the schools of astrologers advocated.
インドの占星学からの影響を否定していますが、中国大陸の占い（東洋占い）も春分点固定形式の占い方法です。東洋占い
は天文学で観測する天体のうちで、太陽と月の動きは使用しますが、その他の惑星の動きは使用しません。そして、重要な
占い判断は多数の擬似天体（架空の天体） を特殊な神様の名前で使用しています。暦の基準になる十干・十二支
（じゅう・かん・じゅうに・し）の組み合わせが開始する年月日（暦算の始原日）を神話時代の架空な日に固定していますから、
春分点固定の占星学と同じサイデリアル方式に類似した占い方式になります。
Although the Chinese people have denied the influence given from Indian system of astrology to the Oriental systems of
fortune telling arts of China, the system of TOU-YOU-URANAI or oriental astrology would be one of SIDEREAL systems
of astrology classified. They use the Sun and Moon but they do not use other moving bodies. They have been employing many
hypothetical planets under the names of gods imagined.
Their standard system of calendar days in the specific division
of sixty sections made from ten major classes and twelve minor classes had settled the origin on a day in the mythological year.
As their system denied the use of precession of equinox in the sixty sections, therefore, the Chinese system could be one of
the SIDEREAL systems of astrology classified.
