上図に占星学で使用するハウスのおもな役割を整理しました。１２個のハウスの順番は１２個の星座に準拠
しますから、ハウスの特徴は星座の神話を参考に考えたもので自然科学的な発想で定めたものではありません。
第1ハウスはＡＳＣ・アセンダントが存在するサイン（星座ではない）から始まります。伝統的にサインの
性質も古典的な星座の意味に準拠して定めています。星座は大きさが一定しませんし、ハウスも方式により
大きながまちまちです。このような、大きさが異なる単位のものを比較するために、古代のギリシャ人が
サインという概念を考えだしたのですが、日本では1950年ころに英語を翻訳した人の間違いでサインを
星座と誤って記載をしたので混乱しているのです。
The lists in the above indicate the brief notes of the mundane houses. Twelve mundane houses are built
in accordance with the philosophy selected from twelve sets of constellation in the sky. The top of the first
house is settled at the zodiac position of ASC or the ascending degrees observed. Although the definition of
the natal houses may be interchangeable between the other categories in either Natal or Mundane or Horary,
the original concept of each house must be defined in view of the story in mythology.
天体の性質、天体のサインの性質、ハウスの性質はそれぞれが基本となる星座の性質を基準にして定められていますから、
占星学の法則は天体、サイン、ハウスのそれぞれの性質と天体相互の間のアスペクトの組み合わせを綜合して
判断することになるのです。ハウスは人間が考えだした架空のものですから、上記の表示を根拠に類推でどのようにも応用範囲を拡張できます。
The prediction made by the astrology will be the combination of many rules. Those are the character trait of
sky moving body or the planet, the trait of zodiac sign of the planet and the trait of mundane house in which the
planet is housed. You may extend your imagination further along the line of though illustrated above as the concept of mundane
house is prepared by human for the astrological prediction performed.
