Some people believe that the fortune telling art with the lucky stars will be a mere amusement
and not be a sober art of a serious literature for stead honest people. Contrary to this opinion,
others will insist that any art that attracts human interest should be studied seriously.

As human considers any matter in an emotional feeling at the first instance, the art of
literature in a mythology has come in the human history. In the age of Grecian era of some
twenty five hundred years ago, human has come to consider the matters with a logical idea
that we studied the philosophy to be the basic knowledge of human explored. After long years
of trials and errors, human invented a machine that has a power stronger than a horse. Thus,
by the nineteenth century, human could sail a big ship in the ocean with full of cargos without
employing the slave powers that had been the major power in the sea navigated.
Although the natural science was inaugurated in the Grecian era, the science has remained only
in human fantastic ideas that come up in the human actual civilization by the nineteenth century.
The original preference of human emotional feeling has protested this science that was developed
further in the twentieth century.
In the twentieth century, in accordance with the rapid development
of natural science, new movement in England to return to the original logical thought of astrology in the Greek era was originated by Charles Carter (1887 – 1968) to
study astrology as a science. Although another strong stream of thought has remained that represented by Margaret
E. Hone (1892 – 1969) who insisted that astrology is not a science.
As the contribution in astrological research made by Margaret E. Hone is marvelous, however, her misunderstanding
on the natural science against the statistical analysis is vitally found in some other scientists in general.
According to her, astrology is not a science, the science proves by statistics. Contrary to her opinion, the statistics
cannot prove any law of science but the statistics can only valid when the law itself has scientifically been proved already by
the other scientific process performed.
It is entirely in error if an astrologer proves a law only by the statistical process
for the scientific evidence proved. 
We must explain the scientific validation on the experimented result
found in the planets Mars and Saturn as illustrated in Preface 1 of this site.
