筆者は統計数学で多数の占星学資料を検討して、1975年以来、米国で発表して英国でも高い評価を得てき
ました。研究の結果、占星学を使用した予測が的中する確率は極めて高い数字になるのですが、なぜ的中を
したかという理由を証明することはできませんでした。ギリシャ時代に基礎をおく自然科学の理論では、
イエスとノーの二つに一つを決定しなければならないのですが、占星学のように、多数の可能性が入り混じ
る現象をギリシャ流に整理をすることはできません。1975年以降、急速に発達をしている新しい学問の
カオス物理学の助けを借りて、一日も早く占星学の基礎理論を解明したいものです。

This author has been working to analyze the astrological data and have released the reports
in the United States of America since 1975 and the reports are appraised highly in reputation
in either the U.S. or England found. Although we can get a high score in the result of
mathematical statistical analysis on the events that are predicted by the astrology, however,
we cannot explore the basic law on why and what mechanism we can predict a coming event by the
art of astrology scientifically constructed. In the theory of science that is constructed on
YES-NO selection of the Grecian system of logic, the system of astrology which is entangled
with many related causes would be hard to be analyzed clearly. Thus, we expect the rapid
development of new CHAOS physics that came after 1975 recently. In near future, we may have a
chance to find the reason why the stars in the heaven can indicate the occurrence of an event
on earth with the aid of the CHAOS physics explored.
占いがなぜ的中するのか? という基本的な問題の解明はギリシャ時代以降、現在までの千数百年間に多くの
自然科学者が努力しましたが、研究は成功しませんでした。中世期以降は心理学者が意見を述べましたが、
偶然の一致という結果論の議論にとどまり占いの本質を追求する議論になりませんでした。自然科学者も
心理学者も予測技術が基準にする基本的理論を追求できないので、予測や占いが的中した結果だけを説明して
いるのです。 予測占いは当たらなければ占いではありません。しかし、なぜ当たるのかという理論が
明瞭でなければ占いをする術者を信じる以外に根拠がありません。人間も、動物も、植物も、地球上で生き
延びたすべての生物は身を守る知恵があるから生き延びたのです。
占いも知恵のひとつです。
占いが当たるのは術者である占い者の個人的な知恵の習得・能力に左右されます。
もし法則の根拠を自然科学で証明ができれば、人々が知恵を使うときに物事を考える基準が明瞭になります。
Reason why the prediction by a fortune telling art can get a nice fit predicted? This basic
and elemental question cannot be solved by many students of natural science in these one
thousand and few hundred years since the time of Grecian era elapsed. After the medieval years,
some of psychologists have joined to advocate this art with their opinions, however, as the
readers will learn in an item linked from this page, opinion of psychologist remains inside the
limited region of discussion on posterior reasoning such as an accidental coincidence on the
result of prediction obtained. Neither scientists nor psychologists explore the reason involved
in the prediction art but explain the result of prediction advocated. No fortune telling art is
accepted if the prediction is in fail. However, there is no reason to believe the words of
prediction of a practitioner if the practitioner has no reason on the construction of laws
in use displayed. Any creature on earth, either human or animal or plant has been alive on
earth as it has the knowledge to keep alive on earth existed. Fortune telling is one of such
knowledge found. This depends on the ability of creature. If we can certify the law of
the art with the natural science we will use the knowledge in much wise and safe.
