New word FRACTAL was introduced in 1975 by BENOIT MANDELBROT, U.S. researcher of IBM and born in 1924 in Warsaw Poland.
This word of FRACTAL came from Latin, FRACTUS or a fraction of the unit. This study of
mathematics will be useful to display a beautiful color pattern to produce new arts rather
than we discuss a complicated mathematical equation in the study. This is useful to study
a complicated subject matter by a simple combination of unit pattern prepared.
As the study of natural science has been developed into the detailed sections,
it was going to a deferent direction too much specialized from our human daily livings.
In the later half of twentieth centuries, new study of
the CHAOS PHYSICS has threaten
an alarm to us that the study of science must explore our daily problems much more
than we have dealt with a theoretical argument of philosophical nature. Thus a new idea
of FRACTAL geometry comes to us with a reality of daily life. Those of complicated matters
that were only outlined in a skeletal form of abstraction are now explained in much detailed
views that are indicated in new dimensional figures given by FRACTAL geometry specified.
For instance, the dimensional figures of complicated matters will be as following; a complicated
sea shore in 1.33, a simple sea shore of SHOUDOSHIMA in Japan in 1.18, the
stream of river SHIMANTOGAWA in Japan in 1.26, complicated branches of a tree in 1.5,
complicated form of a cloud in 1.35, or else further.
