前ページのアディーの研究によれば同じ条件の同じような事件（ことがら）が３００件以下の小量データの
場合は資料を信頼できないが、５０００件以上の多量データであれば十分に信頼できるというのです。もし
三千件程度の資料ならば内容を厳密に検討し、ひとまずは信頼ができるというのです。３００件以下の
小量サンプルでは信用することができないというアディーの研究は過去の成功例にたよる占いの世界に警告
を与えるものです。過去の成功例は社会の状況も異なれば人々の生活環境も同じではありません。
しかも、同じ条件での同じ性質の多数の資料ということになると自然現象の天気予報以外には適当な資料が
存在しないことになるのかも知れません。

According to Addey, events of similar occasion will not be reliable if the number of events is
smaller than three hundred or less found. It will be reliable when we can accumulate the number
of events in similar occasion by larger than five thousand cases or more. In case of three
thousand events, we may expect certain degree of reliability provided when the contents of
events are scrutinized in detail examined. Report of Addey on unreliability of small samples of
three hundred or less has brought about serious attention of fortune-tellers who believe small
samples of successful persons in the past recorded. In case of the reliability, there may be
no other samples than the weather forecast that natural science would accept estimation made

気象学の天気予報の場合、大都会のヒートアイランド現象などで古い資料が使用できない場合もあります。
占星学による天気予報の場合は天体の配置の変化によって、都市の変化も表現できるので確率の
高い予報が出来る可能性があります。
In weather forecast, an older data will not be employed due to the changes of ground level and
building construction arts developed. The effect of heat island in major cities might prevent
the study on the older data sometimes. Instead, in the weather forecast made by the astrology,
the planets and astrological elements will tell us the information adjusted to meet the actual
view of the area located. Therefore, we can sxpect a good fit in the prediction performed.
筆者は世界中の５７６件の航空機事故の占星学による統計的な研究を１９７５年にＡＦＡの機関誌に発表し、
東京の５４８日間の占星学による天気予報とその結果を研究して１９８２年のＡＦＡの大会で発表しました。
いずれの研究も３００件以上の同種類の内容の問題の研究ですから信頼できるものです。特に、占星学による
天気予報の場合には、連続した３年間(１９８０年６月から１９８２年３月)の毎日の予報と実際の結果です。しかし、基本原理の証明が不可能であれば、偶然の一致の批判を浴びることになります。詳細は１９９９年１２月に米国著作権局に登録した
占星学革命(英文)
に記載しましたが、日本文は今後「まぐまぐプレミアム」月刊「星のことを考えよう」で
順次発表してゆきます。
This author released the statistical research on five hundred seventy six cases of world wide
aircraft disasters in view of astrological surveys published in AFA bulletin in September 1975.
The author has also released the works in 1982 AFA CONVENTION on five hundred forty eight
consecutive days that commencing from June 1980 through March 1982 on the weather forecast in
Tokyo Japan made by astrological technique performed. These works are made on the reliable
data of the amount of larger than three hundred cases but will remain in the criticism
given from
THE ACCIDENTAL COINCIDENCE OF EVENTS. The author will release the
detail in the monthly MAGUMAGU-PREMIAM in the title of CONSIDER STARS IN THE HEAVEN on the
items already released in my article of ASTROLOGICAL REVOLUTION
that was registered at the
U.S. Copyright Office in December 1999 evidenced.
