この問題の解決に二種類の方法があります。第一の方法はサイン「おひつじ」が「おひつじ座」ではない
という立場を採用するもので、表現の違いはありますが天文学が採用している科学的な方法です。これを
トロピカル方式といいます。西欧諸国をはじめ日本などの多くの国で採用する方式で毎年の春分点
（３月２０日前後）をサイン「おひつじ」の原点にして１年間固定するのです。日本はこの方式を採用し
ているのに「星座占い」という名称を翻訳の誤りで使用したので混乱しています。
There are two systems in astrology. Primary system is the TROPICAL SYSTEM where the sign Aries
is deferent from the constellation Aries. Although the definition of terms is not coincident,
this system is universal in the astronomy also. The point of origin is set on the point of
spring ingress or March 20th mostly and then kept through one year. This TROPICAL SYSTEM is
used by the most people of western countries and Japan universally located.
Confusions are left in Japan where definition was translated in error that emphasized the
fortune-telling of constellation was given.
第二の方法は「サイデリアル方式」といい古代のある時期をサイン「おひつじ」の原点として固定して
歳差現象を無視する方法です。表現の違いはありますが、東洋の占いが採用している方法です。
世界的には、インド政府は公式に「おひつじ」の原点を固定していますし、世界の学者のなかには各自

Another system called
SIDEREAL SYSTEM advocates the point of origin of Aries to be set in the
year of ancient area and to neglect the fact of PRECESSION introduced. Although definition
may be in a different form, this system is resemblance to the oriental fortune-telling arts.
The Indian government officially announces the point of origin of Aries in a specific year
in the ancient and some of astrologers in other countries have announced their points.
もし、一部の占い者が主張するように、暦の原点を古代に設定をすれば、毎年の季節の動きと「ずれ」が発生しますから、いろいろな種類
の架空な天体を信仰対象の神様として作成して、その場その場の現実と一致を図ることになります。そのような場合には、何十年、
何百年の長い間に多数の神様が出現して混乱をするので、心理学者に占いは偶然の一致であると批判をされるのです。
In any system where the point of origin is fixed to a point in ancient, there will be the
shift from the yearly phenomena encountered. A trial could be introduced by placing a
hypothetical planet to compromise each case. After several ten years or otherwise after
several hundred years, there could be many hypothetical planets, or many deities are
introduced that confusion between those items may be criticized as to be the accidental
coincident advocated by a psychologist.
毎年の春分点をサイン「おひつじ」の原点にするトロピカル方式は天文学の原理で科学的には正しい
のですが、占星学では父親の出生図の「おひつじ」が子供の出生図の「おひつじ」と年齢差の1年につき
約５０秒ずれているという事実を受け入れるのに抵抗がありました。
Although the TROPICAL SYSTEM is valid in the natural science of astronomy, however, there are
few people who are not accepting the difference between the places of sign Aries in the birth
chart of father and the birth chart of child with some fifty second per year elapsed.
この疑問に答えるために、筆者は１９９９年に占星学革命（英文４００ページ）
を執筆し米国著作権局
に登録しました。原文は長文であるので、ここでは一部を抜き出して紹介しますが、理解を助けるために、
多少の追加説明をします。
