一つの法則でも使用する状況により約束（協約）の範囲と内容が異なる場合があります。たとえば、現代のアスペクトの法則は
２個の天体が地球から同一方向に観測された瞬間に地上にどのような変化が発生するのかという意味で定めたコンジャンクション
の法則を基準にしています。西暦百年ころのトレミーがコンジャンクションの説明をしていないで、アスペクトの法則を明瞭に
意識して説明したのは、十七世紀初頭のケプラー
の論文が最初です。ですから、アスペクトの法則の内容は
古代と現代では異なります。現代では、コリスコの実験でコンジャンクションの法則とオーブの法則の２つの
主要な法則が自然科学の方法で実験することができました。しかし、法則が定理として証明されるためには実験の理論的な根拠を
論理的に説明する必要があります。現在までのところ自然科学による説明はありません。スクエアーなどのその他のアスペクト
の約束（協約）については、古代の説明を基準にした類推による説が存在するだけですから、ケプラーが告白したように、アスペクトの
存在を「信じる」という表現に留まっています。それでも、占星学のアスペクトの法則 は約束（協約）としては整ったものです。
There are many cases of the applications in the conventions. As the nowadays conventions regarding the aspects in astrology have
been established on the elementary convention of conjunction formed by two planets such as disclosed by L. KOLISCO, 
however, we can not find the description of conjunction aspect in the books of Ptolemy in the First Century released. The concept of
aspect applied to the art of astrology was first described in a book by John Kepler in the early part of the Seventeenth Century.
Therefore, our nowadays definition on the aspects in astrology could be different from the knowledge of the ancient people.
As we have no way to verify the aspect in astrology scientifically, the experiment made by KOLISKO has remain in the convention
agreed but not in the theory verified. Although we can find each definition made on each aspect respectively, however, the
conventions for aspects in astrology would be kept in a good standing.
天体の役割の法則は１２星座の性質という古代人の約束（協約）を基礎にヒッパルコスのサインの約束（協約）の上に類推を重ねて作成した太陽系の動く天体の性質という人間が便宜上定めた
約束（協約）を使用しています。約束（協約）の積み重ねですから、長年の信念で維持される不安定な存在です。
西暦百年ころのトレミーが述べているように、占星学の天体の役割は固定的ではなく組み合わす要素や天体の種類に
より人間に良い（ベネフィック）役割になれば、人間に悪い（マレフィック）役割にもなります。
ハウスの法則などは研究者の意見の積み重ねによる類推の約束（協約）なので内容が変化します。
The conventions on definition for the roles of planets on the other hand will be much weaker than that of the aspects.
The roles of planets are defined on the basis of thought delivered from the convention of zodiac signs that were delivered
from the ancient convention of twelve set of constellation settled. These conventions have been supported by the confidences of
many astrologers participated. As the description made by Ptolemy have suggested, the roles of a planet could be modified
greatly by the other planet joined. A planet may become beneficial to human and yet the same planet could become maleficent.
Many other conventions in astrology such as that of the house division will also be delivered from the zodiac convention. Therefore
these are also unstable to be modified by another study proposed.
多数の法則が同居するので、占星学の判断をする人の個人的な
意見で特別な法則を優先的に取り上げることは自由です。その場合に注意しなければ
ならないことは、同じ系列に属する法則と系列に無関係に成立している法則とは相互に関係が
ないことを理解しなければなりません。誰でも、自分の好みの法則に注目したいものですが、
法則と法則の関わりあいを冷静に見分けなければなりません。たとえば、情緒の法則（火地風水の三角形）
とアスペクトのトラインの法則は相互に全く無関係な法則です。それぞれを別々に検討した後に、総合的に
双方を加味した判断をすることができますが、しかし、総合判断をする場合に、天体が情緒の三角形に属さない
からアスペクトを形成していないという判断をしてはなりません。あるいは、アスペクトには許されているオーブ
という法則を天体のサイン位置に導入するような不注意な混同は誤りです。
道具は正しく使いましょう。「刺身包丁」は解凍した魚に使用します。冷凍の魚は「のこぎり」で切ります。台所の調味料を全部入れれば不味（まず）くて食べられません。
As so many kinds of rules are accumulated in one horoscope, we can select any one rule at the beginning.
We must be careful enough to recognize the line of thought placed in the construction of a rule.
Any rule has its own history and its own logicality studied. For instance, the rule of emotional pattern or
Fire Earth Air and Water triangle is defined without any reference to the trine aspect. Therefore, we must not
alter the definition of trine aspect formed in the planet which tenanted sign does not fit the emotional pattern.
Further more, we must not set the ORB for the sign boundary.
A proper tool in a right application for a nice result. No one will enjoy a dish with all spices mixed.
