The exceptional high level of culture in the ancient people in MESOPOTAMIA

evidence in the history recorded. Instead of such case, the level of culture of general people in China
has been suffered a wide change experienced. As the decay of political power of the central office governed,

In 953, just after the termination of the confusion of war of GODAI in China, the official record of the shrine
DAZAIFU has described the fact that the BUDDHIST SUTRA of TENDAI was exported to China with a mission
of priest NICHIEN convoyed.
This priest has brought back to Japan a copy of TETRABIBLOS in 956 lately.
Thus SUKUYOUDOU in Japan or a kind of western type horoscopic astrology was introduced. Astrology in either India
or Arabic countries
or Medieval age of Japan were all under the
influence of TETRABIBLOS of PTOLEMY.
And yet they have almost disregarded the astronomical theory of
PRECESSION that was discovered by HIPPARCHUS of Greek in 134 BC released. In these countries,
people had much depended on the SIDEREAL type calendar of fixed equinox style. To compensate the difference
found in the place of actual planet, they have employed hypothetical planet in case by case. They have given
